What we collect

• Contact form details: name, email, phone if you give one, topic, and message.
• Order details if you buy through Shopify: name, delivery address, email, phone, and payment confirmation. Card numbers are handled by Shopify, not stored on this website.
• Basic technical data needed to run the site, such as IP address and browser type, via our host (Vercel).

How we use it

We use your details to reply to enquiries, process and deliver orders, handle warranty or service questions, and keep records we need for tax and consumer law. We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

We only pass data to the services that make the shop work:

• Resend, to deliver contact-form emails to our sales inbox.
• Shopify, to run checkout, payments, and order fulfilment.
• Vercel, to host this website.

Revvi is the manufacturer of some bikes we sell. We only share your details with them if a warranty, spare part, or safety issue needs their help.

Cookies

This marketing site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Shopify checkout may set its own cookies to keep your basket and payment session working.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as we need them to finish the conversation and any follow-up. Order records are kept for as long as tax and consumer-law rules require.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, corrections, deletion, or a restriction on how we use it. Email sales@offroadmidlands.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
