Who you are buying from

Offroad Midlands is the retailer. Checkout is powered by Shopify. Some bikes and parts we sell are made by Revvi. Buying from us is not the same as buying from revvi.co.uk, so Revvi's own website terms do not replace these.

Using this website

Product photos, specs, and stock can change. If something on the site looks off, check with us before you pay. We may refuse or cancel an order if an item is listed with an obvious pricing or stock error.

Orders and payment

When you place an order through Shopify, you are offering to buy from Offroad Midlands. A contract starts when we confirm the order. Payment is taken through Shopify's checkout.

Riding and safety

Revvi bikes and similar off-road machines are not road-legal toys. Revvi's published rules, which we follow as a reseller, include:

• Wear proper protective equipment every time you ride.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• The parent or guardian decides if a child is ready to ride.
• Do not use these products on public roads or pavements. They are for private land, with the landowner's permission.

Warranty

Revvi's manufacturer warranty is a parts-only cover for manufacturing defects, for six months from the date of purchase. It does not cover normal wear items (tyres, tubes, chains, bearings, cables, and similar), damage from poor assembly, storage, or use, or bikes that have been modified, rented, or used in wet conditions. Labour is not included. If a bike needs to go back to Revvi or to us, return shipping is usually at the customer's cost unless consumer law says otherwise.

That manufacturer warranty sits alongside your legal rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. If something is wrong, contact us first and we will help sort it.

Returns and delivery

Tell us as soon as you can if you need to change, cancel, or return an order. We will confirm the options for that bike or part before you send anything back. Delivery timing depends on stock and the courier. Get in touch if a delivery looks late.
